Hi Michael,
Thanks for this. A couple of things crossed my mind as I looked this over.
There may be no travel costs from your perspective, but if Vanessa travels
there to run the meeting, we'll have her costs( per diem, mileage cost,
etc.). Plus there's the time both she and I will put into this.
Insurance? We held a chapter meeting at Catholic University and they
required a certificate of insurance (a rider). This was not a problem, just
something we need to do ahead of time if necessary.

Subject: ASIST Regional - Rutgers U - 15 April - Program and Expenses
Folks,
The attached pdf contains a breakdown of the rooms, schedule and
potential expenses for the April 15th program.
Specifically, we need to decide/determine:
1. Which program (UX or Creativity) do we go with in the morning? Which
will likely draw the greater crowd?
2. For the afternoon, we have two simultaneous sessions from 1-2:30, and
then just one from 2:45-4:15. Now, the Creativity program from the morning,
could go in the second afternoon slot, parallel with the Student & Regional
Chapters program - is that wise? Should we just stay with the 1 program for
the second slot? Thoughts?
3. Expenses - Chirag and I are likely missing something here: please look
them over and let us know your thoughts (especially Jan and Vanessa from
HQ).
Once we have a good breakdown of the expenses, we can set the registration
fee.
Other comments, ideas, questions, etc.? Please speak up.
Thanks. Have a great weekend.
Michael
