We have to vote on a Vice Chair/ Chair Elect for NISO
 
unless someone has a write in candidate it should be an easy vote as there is only 1 candidate on the ballot

We also have to vote on Board of Directors Candidates

again we can write a name or vote for 3 of the following 4

Gerry Grenier (IEEE)
Marian Hollingsworth (Thomson Reuters)
Susan Kesner (Copyright Clearance Center)
Evan Owens (Cenveo Publisher Services)
