hearing no comments i just voted APPROVE on

Technical Content of ISO/DIS 2108 (Ed 5)

with the following comment:

ASIST believes that some reference to the 10 digit ISBN should be included in the new version of the standard even though they are no longer being issued. This should be done both for historical reasons to explain why this has happened and also because there is till a ned to calculate the check digit for the 10 digit ISBN so that algorithm should also be included so people don't have to refer to older versions of the standard in order to get the algorithm
