since there was no reaction to my email about the NO vote that Elsevier case on the TC46/SC10 Business plan - I just cast the following vote

Voted YES on ISO/TC46/SC10 - N158/ISO/TC46 Business Plan 2016

Since there were no volunteers suggested I also cast the following vote
 
Decided not to nominate anyone to serve on  ISO/TC 46/SC11N1619 - Call for expert(s) WG17
