i was about to vote YES on the TC46/SC10 Business plan when i noticed there was one NO vote with the following comment

The document makes no reference to the need to cooperation and relationship management with other standards bodies working in the area of the internet and information systems, notably W3C, IDPF, OASIS.

Given the emphasis in the business plan on digital standards for information in the internet age, this is a major omission and should be corrected before this document is approved.

Before casting our vote I thought i should send out this comment (which comes from Elsevier) to get people’s thoughts on it and wether you agree with it and thus think we should also vote NO

I need any comments by noon on 6/29/2016
