YES on  Approval of Change in Name and Scope for TC46/SC11/WG10  - since 
I heard no objections and the vote was due today

CONFIRM on  Systematic Review ISO 10160 and 10161-1 and -2, Information 
and documentation -- Open Systems Interconnection -- Interlibrary Loan 
Application Protocol Specification

This will keep the old (and in my opinion outdated) version of the 
standard active while a new version is being developed
