> Heather Reid has more than 25 years experience in the libraries and publishing. She left Harvard after more than 15 years and moved to EBSCO Publishing where her responsibilities included the creation and support of database products for the academic market. She is currently Director of Data Systems and Services at the Copyright Clearance Center where she leads the team responsible for maintaining CCC's extensive database of bibliographic and rights data. In addition to her involvement with NISO, Heather is also active in the Book Industry Study Group. She sits on the BISG Rights Committee, which is currently engaged in the development of a standard format for the expression of rights information, and BISG's Content Structure Committee, which develops best practices for representing book content for print and digital output.
