there is a reaffirmation vote coming up on

Periodic Review of ANSI/NISO Z39.86 - 2005 Specifications for the 
Digital Talking Book

Our choices are

     Reaffirm
     Revise
     Withdraw
     Abstain


I would recommend a vote of Reaffirm but i have attached the standards 
document to this note if anyone is interested in reviewing it

I need responses for March 12th
