i just submitted the following vote to NISO on the ISO International 
Standard Document Link

Voted NO to approve ISO/CD 17316 — International standard document link 
(ISDL) for advancement to the next stage of Draft International Standard 
(DIS)

with the following Comment:

We support the comments of the International DOI Foundation (IDF)

I have attached the comments submitted by the DOI so folks can see them 
and decide whether they agree with them - we have until midnight 12/21 
to change our vote
