im going to cast a YES vote on

ISO 25964-2 Information and documentation — Thesauri and 
interoperability with other vocabularies — Part 2: Interoperability with 
other vocabularies

I have only received 2 comments on it and both urged a YES vote - I will 
submit Timothy Dickey's comment about the document not saying much about 
identifiers as part of the vote
