[Asis-l] GSLIS to make strong showing at ASIS&T 2012 Annual Meeting

Faculty, students, and staff from the Graduate School of Library and Information Science (GSLIS) at the University of Illinois will participate in this week's ASIS&T Annual Meeting in Baltimore. Highlights include a preconference anniversary event featuring Professor Emeritus Boyd Rayward as the keynote speaker. GSLIS also will host an alumni reception<http://www.lis.illinois.edu/events/2012/10/29/asist-2012-alumni-reception> at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, October 29, at the Pier 5 Hotel Harbor Club to provide an opportunity to network with GSLIS faculty, students, and alumni and learn more about faculty position openings, research, and academic programs.
