[Asis-l] Call for Expertise in Scientometrics

Greetings, my dear colleagues/friends:

Several of my colleague are about to discuss whether (or not) they are going after a lucrative proposal (IARPA-BAA).  
They are seeking – particularly from our local University of Michigan - good Scientometrics researchers, whom may be potentially interested in collaborating and/or consulting.

If anyone has contacts of such individuals with this expertise, please advise and we will provide details.  I greatly appreciate it!
