Position:  Senior Systems Engineer
Job Location:  Ann Arbor, MI
Years Experience: 6-10
Degree: BA/BS Related
Position Description:
Qualified candidates must have the following skill set : Ph.D. in
Computer Science or related technical discipline with 2-4 years experience.
Experience in artificial life, non-linear systems, biomimetic control,
or distributed artificial intelligence/multi-agent-based systems
(including fine-grained emergent paradigms) required. Experience with
theory of chaotic systems or statistical physics preferred. Strong
object-oriented design experience with understanding of object-oriented
programming languages required. Must be proficient in JAVA and XML.
Must have excellent oral skills and writing ability. Must have the
ability to work with a team of software engineers in a research
nvironment. U.S. citizenship is required.. Responsibilities include:
Technical lead on project teams involved in developing, implementing,
and executing agent-based systems, simulations, and analysis of complex
systems. Authoring journal articles, preparing and delivering
presentations at technical conferences. Conceptualizing and assisting in
the development of proposals.
