[Asis-l] Problems with Web FORMS

FOR ANY WEB FORM Transactions over the ASIS&T site, something is wrong with
the  web server for web based forms.  We have not been receiving
Transactions made with forms over the ASISA&T web site.

FROM 8/31 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, If you registered for the ASIS&T Annual
Meeting:
	Please re-submit your form via fax or mail.  Here's the PDF version
of
	 the meeting registration form:
	http://www.asis.org/Conferences/AM04/RegisForm2.pdf.  
If we already have your registration form, we will not charge or register
you twice.

IF you JOINED, Renewed, Changed Address, or bought books
   Please print your change and fax or e-mail us.

We greatly regret this inconvenience and are working to get it fixed as soon
as possible.
