[Sigmet-officers] Decisions

Hi Tim,

Seems like a good idea for the poster. I think we would then have 12
presentations (which could conveniently be divided into 4 blocks) and 2
posters.
For the rest.... I've never done this, but I suppose that EasyChair allows
you to send the acceptation letter along with the reviews to the
corresponding authors(?).
Once the decisions are made concerning the awards, I suppose a separate
email can be sent to the winners(?).

Let me know if there is something I can do.
