Customer experience. Key role is to determine gaps between technology
and already completed UI architecture and adjust designs accordingly.
However, this role will require strong leadership with a well rounded
understanding of User experience design, technical agility, Product
development methodology, go to market strategy. Most likely this is a
hardcore IA that has progressed to product design and Holistic customer

User experience designer required for a leading travel operator. You
will be
working with the User experience team and will be responsible for
bringing
customer journeys to life in the form of designs, prototypes, web pages
and
emails. My client is looking for someone who is not only an extremely
skilled web designer but someone who is also able to think outside the
box
and is able to bring new innovative ideas to the table.
A background in visual design and an understanding of brands and a good
knowledge of converting layouts be it Photoshop or Firework into a
pleasurable user experience comprising flawless and accessible XHTML,
CSS
and JavaScript is necessary.
To be successful you need to have/be
? 4+ years of demonstrable experience in producing high quality
designs.
? Passionate about putting the user at the centre of the design
process
with a strong desire or experience of utilising user testing to
understand
and meet user needs within your designs.
? Be skilled in XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Photoshop, Illustrators, and
Dreamweaver.
? Knowledge of Flash and XSLT is also preferred
? A great communicator and team player.
