Description:

We are seeking a Experience Consultant who is looking to grow and
succeed in a fast-paced business environment. We are looking for
individuals who are inspired by their work and who enjoy being part a
dedicated, motivated team. This position includes the following
responsibilities:


*	Manage projects from start to finish, with limited hand-holding 
*	Work with clients to understand business goals as well as
customer objectives and define strategies and approaches to achieve them

*	Work with design and technical teams to create user-centric Web
sites 
*	Create wireframes for Web sites 
*	Define site architecture and navigation, map user flows, and
define customer-focused requirements 
*	Create and manage online customer surveys to provide clients
with feedback that can be used to improve site 
*	Conduct usability testing and assessments 
*	Create and deliver written recommendations based on customer
research, Web site evaluations, usability testing, and customer feedback
surveys 
*	Manage day-to-day client relationships through face-to-face
meetings, frequent conference calls, reports and presentations 
*	Develop innovative ways to research and understand online
customer behavior 

	
Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience with usability testing, customer
research, heuristic evaluations and user-centered interface design

*	Strong knowledge of site design and usability principles,
issues, and techniques 
*	Previous experience collaborating on design of complex Web sites

*	Ability to analyze customer needs and define strategies for
meeting them 
*	Experience evaluating Web interfaces 
*	Knowledge of Internet-based business and e-Commerce models 
*	Ability to partner and collaborate with internal and external
teams effectively 
*	Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills 
*	Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage
multiple simultaneous projects 
*	Prototyping, wireframe and interaction design skills (e.g.
Visio, Axure, etc.) 

The following qualifications are desirable but not required:

*	General knowledge of Web site traffic analytics software
(Webtrends, Omniture, Coremetrics HitBox, etc.) 
*	Understanding of search engine-friendly Web site design and
ability to make critical design and technical recommendations to Web
development partners 
*	Interest in contributing to online newsletter with commentary,
tips, and observations based on research and industry knowledge
