Ali,
I would tend to agree with the other posters, particularly the comments
made by Thomas Donehower. What information is presented when the user
accesses this link? A list of websites offering video resources. I think
the biggest problem with "online video" is that I would expect, as a
user, to be taken to a video page - i.e. a page with video embedded into
it or something of that sort. I think that label may not be entirely
accurate.
Tom, I think, is heading in the right direction. "Video Resources" or
"Video Websites" or "Video Links" is more accurate. Those labels will
give your user the idea that this isn't a video itself but rather a list
of video resource links.
The label "Video" is simply and may not entirely descriptive but it
gives the user the main gist. It isn't the best, I'd agree, but it also
isn't the worst.
If you did usability testing with potential users, I'd bet you would
find that the majority of your options would get them there. The
question is which one would they find more accurate? I bet the one that
most accurately describes the information - so I'd stick with a label
such as "Video Resources" or "Video Links" or something to that effect
that makes it clear what the information will be once the user clicks
that link.
Just my few cents.
