LOL. The project involves inland fresh water preservation--I guess I could
revise my interview questions: "Would you say that the aggressive
reproduction of the zebra mussel could be considered to constitute (ahem)
*terrorist activity* in lake Michigan?"
On the other hand, I have heard that those FOIA requests can really get
bogged down in red tape so I have a feeling it would interfere with my
ability to give a timely response to my clients...
