I have a scary concept for you... I think that life is in perpetual
beta. There is nothing that cannot be improved upon, nothing that is
not a work in progress, nothing that is truly a noun rather than a
verb. We live in the Endless Usability Lab. Some of us get to wear the
white coats.
This means that there is nothing that we cannot help (or harm) through
Design. This is either very profound or I've been working too hard - I
suspect that it is a little of both. :)
