This is really fantastic and definately somehting to consider.  I would take it a step further, get rid of the glass altogether, and have some form of holographic display where objects can be manipulated from any vantage point...and perhaps someday, those objects can follw you around while you're doing other stuff :-)

Until then, a flat panel display hung on a wall could really do a lot to mitigate RSI.
