[Sigia-l] Anyone know a great “Graphics Designer” experienced with complex application re-skinning?

Hi All,

I've been looking to find a great "Graphics Designer" who  specializes in
designing  complex application  interface  skins, and have
interviewed/reviewed/looked at all sorts of designers and agencies, to no
avail.

This  role  is especially  difficult  to fill  as there  are many
designers  whom design  web  sites, but very few who design complex browser
based application interfaces.

The desired designer would redesign the look and feel/ software skin and
framework of a large and complex browser based application. This involves
design of all the usual dynamic screens elements dealing with state,
transition and flow, including:


Layout,
Navigation,
Table/Form/Popup,
Icons/Buttons,
Labeling,
Messaging,
Other application elements.



The designer we're looking for should be knowledgeable in usability issues
as well as the latest leading edge application interface design.
