[Sigia-l] Roundtable: Sharepoint, taxonomies & search

The Montague Institute will hold a teleconference roundtable discussion on 
April 26, 2007 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Eastern time.

The topic of discussion is how to use external taxonomies to enhance the 
search function in Microsoft Office Sharepoint Services (MOSS 2007). For

Paul Rosenberg of GEICO will discuss a pilot project to extract terms from 
Wordnet and make them available as synonyms within Sharepoint. He'll also 
compare the search and retrieval features of MOSS 2007 with the current 
version of Sharepoint.
