rendered is not wrong. Overcharging for services poorly rendered is

And...
There is a nasty circular argument at work in this thread: just
because one certified practitioner of some arcane art does a bad job
does not mean that all people so certified will do a bad job - just as
the certification does not mean that they will do a good job. The
linkages and comparisons between the two in an uncertifiable
profession are interesting but probably not helpful. But it is fun :)
