Not sure about a 'food UX' designer, but I once went out with a 'food
stylist.' In NYC, we have a few of those for ad/photo agencies, TV
commercials, trade shows, etc. (Typically, they make about $3,000 a day,
arranging food on a plate for the cameras, not for human consumption. :-)
