Are you thinking of the Jitterbug? It's for elders and there is a huge
service component to make the device "that easy" to use. I.e. the
service will add people to your contacts for you (you can't). There
are also 2 models. a full dial-pad and a 3-4 button dial-pad for 911
and 2 people or something like that.

the other one that comes to mind is the Helio. A device I wish I could
get my hands on. :)
