Personally, the  terrorist angle looks unlikely to me, but my primary  
school experience tells me that the "youth gang" scenario is all too  
likely. Think "Lord Of The Flies In Cyberspace", and you've got one  
of the potential outcomes I can see. But then, I went to Catholic  
school, so my point of view might not be normal.
