Eric Reiss:
> Someone (like the CEO's wife) invariably comes along
Someone always does. The procedural remedy for that is to have a clause in
the contract that designates a *single* person (mutually acceptable to both
parties) who's granted the authority to make decisions on behalf of the
company. It's insane to start a project without that clause. CEO's wife,
dog or the accountant barging into the process should be made into a problem
the liaison person has to deal with, not the consultant.
