Oh, and before you think I'm a terrible consultant, I want to point out
that this wasn't my story ;) The stamps story was a 15 minute rant I
heard from a high-profile usability consultant on a recent podcast. It
made me think at the time 'I wonder whether the online post office
actually does sell stamps. That's not something I'd ever do'
