Some of my proudest moments at the Macintosh Business Unit were when  
I helped turn off several toolbars and the damned Office Assistant in  
Mac Office. (Took months to kill off the Office Assistant -- in the  
end we had to sacrifice two Lesser PMs and a Marketing Imp.)
