[Sigia-l] recommended reading for CIO:s?

Hello all!

My name's Jeanin Day and I've been lurking here at SIGIA-L for a month
or so. When not doing that I work as an IA + usability consultant in
Stockholm, Sweden.

I have a question that I hope you don't consider out of topic.

What book(s) published 2006 would you recommend as a good read for an IT
Manager/CIO to make them able to reach their goals better/more efficient
*and* educate them a bit in the IA/usability/UX area?

All tips/advice are very welcome.
