For the love of everything holy, I AM NOT AUDITIONING FOR A JOB! Design
criticism is NOT process participation. I don't care that OSS values my
design criticism, adopts or discards it. If I were to criticize anything I
wouldn't be doing it to join the organization that created it.

Like I said stop tackling your own straw man.
