Okay I'll bite. " appetizers, main courses, desserts, etc. " are also
generic terms, but they are at least domain specific. You know, looking
at the menu document that you can approach it as you would a restaurant
menu. The generic header terms (but also the genre ** ) feed you that
information about the document.
Now imagine sitting down in a restaurant and receiving a document that
offered "who we are", "what we do", and "how we do it" rather than a
traditional menu. Would you be confused, even if the same base
information was included in the document somewhere? what kind of
restaurant is this? why are they making it so hard to figure out what
the special is?
Websites, it's the same thing.
