[Sigia-l] Recommended tool for documenting requirements?

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a tool or method for documenting requirements?  We've used Word and Excel in the past, but we're finding that the size and scope of our projects these days would benefit from a tool that offers more flexibility (e.g., for resorting by priority, category, etc.) without having to reinvent the wheel.  

Has anyone here had any luck with any off-the-shelf tools?  I couldn't find any info on this in the archives, so am hoping the group has some suggestions.
