In my own practice, I cover a lot from product strategy all the way to
interactive prototype. But I never, ever break it down to discreet
"deliverables" since I consider Design problem solving as a whole.

In my current project, after working with me for months, the in-house design
group asked me if I could tutor them in my design approach. Contractually
speaking, I am under no obligation to do so. However, I am well-compensated
otherwise so I have no trouble taking the time to educate. But this is my
choosing. I am not, in this case, forced to eradicate some idiotic notion on
design by a self-appointed usability guru. I don't want to pad my project
budgets always expecting to deprogram some managers clutching a red book of
usability dictates from a guy who hasn't designed anything. That's just a
waste of my time.
