Ha-ha, it's a really interesting design for the "splash" page. I did spend a
bit more time to figure out how to just enter into it. A vivid example of
how an awkward interface design might keep some audiences out of the site.

good interface design for the "splash" page? You *can* enter the site, 
but I couldn't until someone told me how. Maybe the design is smarter 
than I think, and acts as a natural filter for the target audience - if 
you can't work it out, then you ain't hip enough to come!

Except Sleater Kinney are playing and I would love to see them :)
