Hi Ziya,

it may be a cultural thing but I think that here in Australia, correctly 
pitched ROI case studies with follow-up proposals are the best way to 
win friends and influence people in unfriendly organisations. I've used 
them to good effect in two former workplaces. I think that middle 
managers (project and programme managers) are the most fertile audience, 
and they have found a way to convince senior management.
