There's often a deficit of available time, not the willingness to focus. A
CEO who's willing to sit through a 100-page report every time someone
requests it should be an ex-CEO.

This is sophistry: surely the man who couldn't grasp a 5-point bulletin
won't likely grok a 100-page report.

You don't seem to understand how VCs operate. You may or may not approve,
but their goal is not to make money on all or most deals.
