Posting this on behalf of a colleague:

Has anyone seen any recent research on URL strategy for campaigns and/or promotios? The client's question is should they promote campaign URLs as www.client.com/<campaign> or should the URLs be branded with the campaign (such as www.campaignname.com) and then redirect to a campaign site's actual home at www.client.com/<campaign>. Any advice, suggestions appreciated. Thanks,
