[Sigia-l] is it just me, or is it really hard to find IAs right now?

Funny you should say this as there is a nice thread on Lou's blog at

My take on the NY scene in particular after going through a bad hiring
spout is that it is really hard to find good people let alone any
people. I had a very low response rate, and even with that response
rate it was really hard to get quality people and when i did get
quality people I often lost them to other opportunities.
