[Sigia-l] Usability of technical docs and manuals

Hi Andres,

Hackos and Redish, User and Task Analysis for Interface Design has a
chapter on documentation and training that is a really good start.

There is a lot of stuff out there on accessibility of user documentation
(because it is mandated by law in some countries now).

And there is a lot that can be done by reading any usability/HCI book
and thinking about how the principals can be applied to documentation.
It is my firm belief that every document should be as usable for its
intended audience as possible.

Best regards, Andrew
