[Sigia-l] Ideas on CSS/HTML design comps

We are currently working on migrating our user interface specification
from a visio wireframes model to a 'standards-based' model, in which
wireframes will only be early sketches of the design and then be
replaced with css/html design comps with annotations.

We've already done a bit of research on this (such as looking at
Christina Wodtke's and Nate Koechley's WebVisions presentation on this
subject.)

Does anyone have any additional resources they could point me to, or
maybe have some advice based on having made this migration?

I am new to this list, so my apologies if this has been discussed previously.
