We use Eyetools. The folks there test our work, meet with us to discuss the
results and send us 2 kinds of heat maps and "eye-line" drawings. It is nice
for the price. There is also more in-depth analyses you can tack on, too. We
keep it basic. They are great people to work with, with usability as their
main concern.
