[Sigia-l] Junior IAs?

I'm sorry, I don't think these types of questions (rationale, 
constructive, etc) are allowed on SIG-IA ;-)

We also have Junior IAs, some straight from college, others from other 
departments (content, development, etc)

BBC has been hiring Junior IAs for the last year or so,
with the aim of developing a practice. I know that a number
of agencies in London have also done the same.

In particular at the BBC, we have found it hard to recruit
bottom-up IAs at the mid-level and so this training is
invaluable in our continued development of CVs and content
objects.
