With Kevin Kearney, Avenue A/Razorfish

A/Razorfish usability expert Kevin Kearney will guide your members through
the latest techniques in delivering superior online shopping experiences.
He'll
discuss user persona creation, usability test data, guided navigation
examples, scenario-based modeling, and clickstream analysis. A particular
focus will be paid to case study examples from top retailers like Ann Taylor
and JCPenney, to give audience members tangible tips on maximizing usability
to help win the retail wars.
