[Sigia-l] Intranet Review Toolkit: Lightweight Spreadsheet

If anyone has an intranet project on the way or in progress, it's worth a
moment to check out the Intranet Review Toolkit the IAI released today, at
this link:

The full toolkit document runs to 55 pages, however, which makes it a bit
unwieldy to share or print... To make it a bit lighter and more like a
working tool, I put together a quick spreadsheet showing only the
heuristics, with accompanying totals and percentages, plus an average scores
column thrown in for good measure. I also added a simple cover sheet that
aggregates all the category scores and averages.
