Hi all,
Doing some quick research on user experience and how a
services-oriented enterprise architecture (SOA) can benefit users. I'm
finding a bunch of what I'd term fluff on the 'Net, but little so far
from a UX perspective. I see potentially major benefits in making data
available across the enterprise (a major SOA selling point)...but I'm
interested in specific examples or thoughts, both pro or con. I also
see typical lip service being paid to a "presentation layer," but not
much else.
If you can reply directly as well as to the list, I'd appreciate it...I
subscribe in digest form right now.
Many thanks,
joe
