[Sigia-l] Issues in the taxonomy of human experience

The topic of "how much would you pay for this service?" comes up
occasionally on this list. I think the question is relevant for
Google's services, which are by and large no-charge to the public. But
there is no free lunch. No-charge and free are different things. If
the _price_ is privacy, how much would you be willing to pay for the
best email, the best search, the best maps, best desktop search, and
so forth? I think a lot of people would pay dearly to enjoy a good
software experience.
