Yeah, about this whole ML-isn't-programming-yes-it-is thing ;

(*)ML is simply a vessel for some structured information. It all comes
down to applications reacting to what is marked up, so it *can* be
programming (even within HTML), it *can* be style markup (even within
XML), or it *can* be my mums shopping list (even within YAML). ML is a
designer that can program, or, if you prefer, a programmer that can
design. :)
