[Sigia-l] remote screen watching

I'm looking for something that lets me watch the screen of a remote 
user, while I speak with them on the phone. Webex might do, but it's 
expensive and not exactly lightweight.

Requirements:
- work on PCs and Macs
- Affordable
- lightweight and easy to install for the user

Any recommendations? I don't need anything more than this, all I want is 
to see their screen. No audio. Nothing else. Most usability apps are way 
overengineered in my opinion.
